Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified Female HR Assistant who possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and data management. The ideal candidate will support our HR activities and contribute to a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with job postings and recruitment processes
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules
- Assist in creating and maintaining HR documentation
- Support payroll processing activities
- Conduct performance reviews and assessments
Note: This position requires on-site attendance. Working hours are from 6 PM to 3 AM. Compensation ranges from Rs40,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month.
