Pakson International Plastic Industries (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking a proactive Assistant HR Manager to support the HR Manager in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The successful candidate will help foster a positive workplace culture and address employee concerns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and ensure policy compliance.
- Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs60,00.00/month
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of HR experience.
