Job Description
Orient Biz Tech is seeking a dedicated Assistant Human Resources (HR) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and recruiting prospective candidates through various channels. You will assess candidates for qualification match and cultural fit, conduct confidential interviews, and handle employee relations, payroll, and training.
Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating administrative functions, defining job descriptions, and creating candidate personas for open positions. This position requires a female applicant who is proficient in English.

Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
