Job Description

Orient Biz Tech is seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant Human Resources to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting prospective candidates through various channels, assessing their qualifications, cultural fit, and compatibility. You will conduct confidential interviews, check references, and manage employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training.

Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating administrative functions, defining job descriptions, creating candidate personas, and diligent follow-up on references and credit checks.

Location: Pine Avenue Near Venlica Town, Lahore

Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
