Job Description

This role involves assisting in the development of new business opportunities, overseeing efficient client onboarding, and acting as a secondary point of contact for client needs.
Key Responsibilities include: aiding in client retention strategies, collaborating with the Quality Assurance team to maintain service standards, facilitating the hiring and training of client service representatives, and tracking performance against sales and service targets.
