Job Description

Ghani Metal Rubber Industries is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will manage the entire recruitment process, oversee training and development initiatives, conduct monthly performance evaluations, and handle compensation and benefits administration.

We invite applicants with 5 to 7 years of relevant HR experience and a Master’s degree in Human Resources. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rs70,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month, requiring in-person attendance at our facility.
