Job Description
Gourmet Foods is in search of a skilled Assistant Manager for our HR Payroll department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring precise and timely salary processing, which includes managing attendance, leaves, and overtime calculations. Additionally, your duties will involve handling legal deductions, overseeing final settlements for departing employees, and maintaining accurate payroll records.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, with a Master’s in Human Resource Management or an MBA in HR preferred. We require 5-6 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to payroll management, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
