Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree (4 years) from an HEC-recognized university, preferably with a major in Human Resources.
Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in recruitment and selection, with a focus on retail staffing.
Required Skills:

- Proficient interviewing techniques
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with HRIS systems
