Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager to spearhead our regional sales strategy for the Toyota Sure business. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline, along with 3-5 years of experience in the automotive sector, specifically within the used car market of Pakistan’s Central Region.
Your role will involve ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures within our 3S Dealership network, performing competitor analysis, training and mentoring team members, managing marketing efforts, and tracking key performance indicators to drive success.
