Job Description
Esols Ecommerce Solution is seeking an Assistant HR Manager to oversee our recruiting, learning, and employee performance development programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources and will be responsible for managing our hiring processes.
Responsibilities: Prepare job descriptions, assist in recruitment, maintain employee records, conduct orientations, manage termination paperwork, coordinate training, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields, 1-2 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
