Job Description
Mezan Beverages (Cola Next) is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager – Organization Development to enhance our HR team in Lahore. This position is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to improving organizational performance and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement organizational development initiatives that align with business strategies
- Conduct assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Lead the design and execution of learning and development programs

Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
