Job Description

Abacus Outsourcing is currently searching for a dedicated Assistant Manager for Training to lead our learning initiatives within our growing BPO/Call Center operations. In this critical role, you will design and implement effective training programs aimed at enhancing agent performance, improving customer experience, and aligning with our organizational objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting training for new hires and ongoing development, performing Training Needs Analysis (TNA), driving training KPIs, coaching trainers, and collaborating with various departments to ensure comprehensive training strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in Training & Development within a BPO environment, along with strong facilitation and coaching skills.
