Job Description
SIAR Digital is excited to announce an opening for a Quality Assurance Customer Service Assistant Manager. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to enhance our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess customer service interactions to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to elevate team performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with management on effective solutions.
- Maintain precise records and generate reports on quality evaluations.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within Customer Service roles.

Salary: Rs70,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
