Job Description
Samad Rubber Works is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager, Sales Operations to supervise and lead Customer Service activities on-site. Key responsibilities include scheduling regular customer meetings to keep accounts payable current, preparing biannual customer feedback reports for distributors and direct clients, forwarding and following up on customer inquiries to timely resolution, coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations, and proactively managing receivables by sharing ledger and aging reports with stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing
- Experience: 3–4 years in Sales Operations
- Skills: excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
