Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is looking for a skilled Assistant Project Manager to oversee our civil projects. This position entails on-site supervision of construction and maintenance activities, ensuring quality standards are met throughout all phases. Responsibilities include addressing construction and post-construction challenges, implementing work according to design specifications and contracts, and effectively managing budget and time constraints.
The ideal applicant will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in building construction. Proficiency in MS Office, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to interpret technical drawings are essential qualifications for this role.
