Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is seeking a dedicated Assistant Project Manager responsible for on-site supervision of construction and maintenance projects. Key responsibilities include quality assurance, managing construction issues, conducting land surveys, overseeing project progress, and ensuring timely project completion within budget.
Required skills include strong budgeting knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication and writing skills, and the ability to interpret various engineering drawings. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in building construction.
This is a full-time position, requiring in-person work.
