Job Description
Synercon is seeking a dedicated Assistant Resident Engineer to support our construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist the Resident Engineer in supervising daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety protocols. Key responsibilities include inspecting construction activities, monitoring the quality of materials, and coordinating with contractors to resolve issues. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of construction supervision experience, and strong knowledge of construction quality control. Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software is essential.
