Job Description
Join our dynamic Sales Department as an Assistant Sales Manager. In this role, you will support both reactive and proactive account sales, including business travel and catering sales.
Your responsibilities include:
- Achieving revenue goals while ensuring guest and associate satisfaction.
- Participating in team meetings to align strategies for target achievement.
- Submitting RPFs per guidelines and coordinating with the Director of Finance.
- Analyzing competitive information for effective pricing strategies.
- Planning Sales Blitz activities and reviewing reports for feeder cities.
We seek a candidate who can evaluate market trends, build partnerships with local organizations, and manage key stakeholder relationships.
