Oriental City Home International Hotel is seeking a reliable and responsible individual for the position of Assistant to HR Manager. The ideal candidate must be hardworking and professional when interacting with management, possess strong communication skills, and be adept at HR-related record-keeping and documentation.
Key responsibilities include reporting to the HR Manager with required data, managing employee attendance, job postings on hiring platforms, monitoring abnormal activities, and updating payroll systems. The position requires in-person work.
