10Pearls is currently in search of an Associate Manager of Payroll and Benefits, requiring up to 7 years of post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to foster strong professional relationships.

The key responsibilities for this role include the preparation of statutory financial statements, management of account records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and overseeing payroll and benefits processing. Candidates must be qualified CAs with a keen attention to detail, strong managerial and organizational abilities, and a dedication to maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
