Job Description
Please read before applying. We are a UK-based taxi firm expanding our operations to Pakistan and are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) living in E11-2, Islamabad.
Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls, provide professional customer service, give accurate quotes, allocate bookings to drivers, handle complaints, and address queries.
Key Competencies: Experience with AUTOCAB preferred, excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Experience: 1-2 years relevant experience required. Proficiency in British English is preferred.
Salary: Rs. 90,00 – Rs. 100,00 per month plus overtime.
Location: Islamabad near E11.
