Job Description
Qualitest Group is seeking an experienced Automation Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in creating reusable automation scripts and possess exceptional leadership skills to support, coach, and direct teams. You will be responsible for developing solutions and enhancing frameworks in collaboration with the Architect, while applying quality assurance and governance principles throughout the delivery process.
The role requires experience in managing transition activities, meeting KPIs and SLAs, and proactively managing backlogs. Required skills include: C# (3/5), Selenium (3/5), RestSharp (3/5), Specflow (3/5), Azure platform and toolset (ADO) (3/5), and CICD integration (3/5).
