Job Description
Crossnotch Firm is seeking motivated and skilled Work From Home (WFH) Soundboard Agents. In this role, you will engage with customers using our soundboard tools and enhance their experience.
Requirements: Good English speaking and listening skills, a laptop, a quality headset, and reliable internet (10 to 12 Mbps). You should be comfortable managing 600-800 calls daily and using Soundboard (Avatar) software to generate sales.
