Job Description
Crossnotch Private Limited is looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to provide outstanding support to our customers. In this role, you will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and gather valuable feedback to improve our services. The position operates from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Reliable laptop and headset
- Stable internet connection (10 to 12 Mbps minimum)
