Job Description
We are looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join the Crossnotch Firm team. As an SB Agent, you will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding support while gathering feedback to enhance our products.
Requirements: Previous experience with Avatar (preferred), basic proficiency in English, able to handle 600-800 calls daily, and must own a laptop with Windows 10, a good quality headset, and an internet speed of at least 15mbps.
Shift Details: Half-time: 7:30pm-12:30am; Full-time: 7:30pm-5:30am.
