Job Description
We are excited to announce that Crossnotch Firm is looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to become part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver outstanding general support. Your feedback collection efforts will be vital in enhancing our products and services.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows version (must be Windows 10)
- High-quality headset
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
Shift Details: Full-time: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (includes breaks)
Pay: Rs17,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
