Job Description
Crossnotch Private Limited is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with 600-800 incoming calls, focusing on qualifying and assisting interested customers.
Compensation: Earnings are based on QA approved transfers and retention bonuses related to your working hours.
Shift Timings: Night Shift from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (including breaks).
Requirements: Proficiency in English, a Windows 10 laptop, a quality headset, and strong internet (minimum 15 Mbps).
Desired Skills: Computer literacy, strong listening skills, goal-oriented, and motivated to work night shifts.
