Job Description
Crossnotch Firm is looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support. You will also collect and analyze customer feedback to improve our services.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows 10 version
- Good quality headset
- Reliable internet (minimum 15 Mbps)
Shift Details: Half-time: 7:30pm-12:30am (no break) or Full-time: 7:30pm-5:30am (with breaks).
Pay: Rs17,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month.
