Job Description
We are currently seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Private Limited. As an SB Agent, you will handle 600-800 incoming calls, focusing on qualifying and engaging interested customers.
Compensation is based on QA-approved transfer-based earnings and retention bonuses tied to working hours.
Shift Timing: Night Shift from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (with breaks).
Requirements include good English communication skills, a laptop with Windows 10, a quality headset, and reliable internet (minimum 15 Mbps).
