Job Description
SmartTalent is seeking a dedicated AWS Cloud Support Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver first-level support for AWS cloud services and address infrastructure-related issues.
Your key responsibilities will include monitoring system performance, managing AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS, and providing timely responses to support tickets. We are looking for candidates who possess 2-3 years of relevant experience, hold a Bachelor’s degree, and demonstrate a proactive problem-solving approach.
This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary of Rs150,00. Additionally, you will participate in an on-call rotation and work closely with our engineering teams.
