Job Description
Smart Tone Electronics is looking for a dedicated Back Office Executive to handle our collections operations. In this essential role, you will be responsible for preparing monthly billing reports, maintaining accurate financial records, and recovering outstanding debts from our valued customers.
Key responsibilities include reaching out to customers and collaborating with our sales and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary starting at Rs40,00.00 per month. Candidates must either be able to reliably commute to Karachi or be willing to relocate.
