Responsibilities:
- Oversee and report on the performance of our three operational hubs.
- Work closely with customer support to address and resolve operational challenges.
- Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in operations coordination, preferably with a 3PL provider.
- Exemplary organizational and communication skills.
