Job Description
Jubilee Life Insurance, an Aga Khan subsidiary, seeks a full-time, in-person Banking Branch Manager. The ideal candidate is an experienced banker (including retirees) up to 50 years old with strong expertise in consumer banking, mutual funds, and bancassurance.
- Lead branch operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Drive sales of insurance and bancassurance products and cultivate client relationships.
- Coach and develop branch staff to achieve performance targets.
- Demonstrate proven leadership, exceptional communication, and a customer-focused approach.
