Job Description
Tech Solution Pro seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to independently grow client acquisition via Upwork (LinkedIn optional). This full-time, in-person role is based in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad.
- Responsibilities: Identify and qualify leads, craft and submit winning proposals, manage and optimize our Upwork profile and portfolio, coordinate with internal teams, monitor bidding performance, and improve conversion and win rates.
- Qualifications: Minimum 2 years experience bidding on Upwork for IT/digital services, strong understanding of Upwork algorithms and proposal strategies, excellent written and verbal communication, self-motivated, strategic and target-driven. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Competitive base pay Rs80,00–Rs100,00/month plus performance incentives. Clear career growth opportunities.
