Job Description
eServMD Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full-time, on-site Behavioral Health Billing Specialist to support U.S. clients from our Islamabad office. The specialist will review and process medical claims, verify patient demographics and insurance eligibility/benefits, post payments, manage denials and appeals, perform collections and reporting, maintain accurate billing records, develop KPIs and dashboards, and communicate with patients and providers.
- Minimum 2 years U.S. medical billing experience
- Proficiency with billing software, coding systems, and high-volume workflows
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and spoken English
- Must work on-site during U.S. business hours
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
- No Criminal Record
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
