Job Description
HA-Technologies is seeking an experienced Bidder/Business Development Executive to source and win projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and similar platforms. The role involves identifying and bidding on suitable opportunities, crafting high-converting proposals, negotiating scope and pricing, coordinating with developers, designers, and marketers, and maintaining accurate bid records.
- 2–4 years of bidding/business development experience with proven Upwork & Fiverr success
- Excellent proposal writing, client communication, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with web/app development, SEO, and digital marketing
- Proficient in CRM tools and Google Sheets
- Full-time, in-person position
