Job Description
BPO Partners (Pvt) Limited is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Bilingual Call Center Agent to assist our Urdu and Punjabi-speaking customers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints, and educating customers about our products.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in both spoken and written Urdu, possess excellent communication skills, and maintain a friendly demeanor. A Matric-Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree, along with relevant customer service experience, is preferred.
