Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate qualification.
- 3-6 months of experience in chat support or customer service.
- Excellent English communication skills and typing speed.
- Strong customer-focused attitude.
Location: Bahria-Town
Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Salary: Up to RS. 50,00 per month
