Job Description
Base Camp Data Solutions Limited, located in Islamabad, is seeking a fluent Urdu and English-speaking Call Center Agent to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer calls in both Urdu and English
- Provide accurate information and support
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations
- Maintain accurate customer records
Requirements:
- Fluent in Urdu and English
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
