Job Description
One Machine Software is on the lookout for a meticulous Bookkeeping and Data Entry Specialist to become a vital part of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate input of data from various sources into Excel spreadsheets and web-based applications, all while ensuring data integrity through a well-maintained audit trail.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Statistics, possess a minimum of 2 years of data entry experience, and demonstrate proficiency in both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Strong numerical abilities, a keen eye for detail, and excellent English communication skills are essential.
