Job Description

HR World International (Pvt Ltd) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager for our microfinance sector.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor Degree from a well-reputed university
• Experience: 2-3 years as a Branch Manager in the microfinance industry
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee loan disbursement and maintain a PAR below 3%
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Lead and motivate branch staff
• Engage with clients for relationship building and timely repayments
