Job Description
Sachi Chakki Khidmat is seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our grocery store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff management, customer satisfaction, inventory control, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all store operations
- Effectively train and manage staff
- Manage inventory and maintain optimal stock levels
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Set and achieve sales and performance targets
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are met
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail or grocery management
