A leading sanitary ware group is hiring a Branch Manager to direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, sales, finance, human resources and administration

Sales:

• Achieve and keep track of branch KPIs
• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
• Develop both consistent and innovative strategies to achieve branch sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Provide a highly personalised customer service experience to our clients and ensure extensive knowledge of the product
• Find and nurture new leads to deliver growth in revenue
• Engage with regular clients to maximise retention
• Plan and implement innovative ideas to improve the client experience and convert more leads

Finance:

• Understand the branch’s fixed and daily expenses and keep track of expenses
• Effectively budget and allocate branch-related expenses
• Develop forecasts and financial strategies
• Evaluate monthly financial statements (P&L) to identify areas for more profitability

Branch Operations

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch to deliver a seamless branch experience
• Checks are to be supervised on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and maintain trackers
• Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
• Coordinating with different teams to streamline the operations making sure it is productive and effective
• Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
• Monitor and control maintenance issues to ensure the smooth running of services for clients
• Taking client feedback firsthand in store as well as on social media and using that to plan and improve the branch

Additional information

• Meet goals and metrics
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities

Requirements:

• A cheerful and exuberant demeanour as you will be the face of our branch
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in BBA, MBA or equivalent but other majors will also be considered
• 1-3 years of experience in the field of business development, retail management or marketing strategies

• Work Hours: 10am to 9pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
