Job Description

Elite HRSP is actively seeking a highly skilled Building Manager to lead and manage our facility’s operations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess 10 to 15 years of comprehensive building management experience, demonstrating exceptional leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance of building systems, supervise staff, address tenant concerns, manage operating expenses, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, 10–15 years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills are essential.
