Job Description
MedCare MSO, a U.S.-based healthcare IT company operating in Pakistan with over 1,00 employees, is seeking a full-time Business Development Associate for CCM/RPM sales. This on-site role is based in M.M. Alam, Lahore, with a night shift of 7:00 PM–4:00 AM.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and pursue CCM/RPM sales opportunities; conduct demos and needs assessments.
- Develop client-focused solutions and meet sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and maintain accurate CRM records.
Qualifications: 1–2 years of sales experience (healthcare preferred), strong knowledge of CCM/RPM services, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, CRM proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree. Candidates must be comfortable with night shift and in-person work.
