Job Description

JLPS Group is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in cold calling, client outreach, and closing sales. A confident phone presence, persuasive communication skills, and a strong focus on achieving monthly sales targets are essential attributes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through outbound calls.
• Successfully convert leads into sales.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients.
• Regularly update the CRM system.

Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling or telesales, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven attitude.
