Job Description
SmartTalent is seeking a motivated professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various key duties, including project hunting on Upwork, writing compelling proposals that showcase expertise, and ensuring effective client communication along with timely follow-ups. Additionally, you will pitch innovative ideas, negotiate project terms, and coordinate project management efforts. Conducting market research to refine strategies and maintaining detailed records of bids will also be essential responsibilities.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of Rs 400,00 per month. The role is remote.
