Job Description
Lemacon is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Female Business Development Manager to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating leads through proactive outreach, onboarding new clients, and ensuring high-quality service during the client engagement process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling and outreach efforts.
- Onboard new clients while developing and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Participate in business meetings, both virtually and in-person.
- Assess client needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Oversee projects from initial contact to successful delivery.
- Conduct quality assurance checks throughout the process.
Qualifications:
