Job Description
Globe Call Centre (SMC-PRIVATE) Ltd is looking for skilled cab dispatchers with a minimum of one year of hands-on experience. In this role, you will coordinate and dispatch cabs, track driver schedules, and ensure timely service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch cabs to designated locations.
- Monitor driver schedules for efficient operations.
- Communicate with drivers and customers to resolve issues.
