Job Description
Globe Call Centre (SMC-PRIVATE) Ltd is currently seeking experienced Cab Dispatchers with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in dispatching.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch cabs efficiently.
- Monitor schedules for timely operations.
- Communicate changes to drivers and customers.
- Maintain records of operations and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Requirements: Proven dispatch experience, GPS knowledge, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.
Location: Plot No. 206, East Service Road, I 10 / 3, Islamabad.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs250.00 – Rs300.00 per hour
